Frequently Asked Questions

We keep it simple: share your passport scan and travel dates, and we’ll build your file, secure the appointment, and submit on your behalf at the visa center. Our consultants prepare the application, check your supporting documents, and arrange compliant photos right in our office if you need them.
You’ll get proactive updates from submission to passport return. If your plan changes mid-process (dates, hotel, route), we’ll adjust your file before hand-in so everything stays consistent and approvable.

Walk in or schedule a pick-up: 408 Nasser Lootah Building, Bur Dubai and Office 301A, API Tower, Trade Center. Bring your passport, Emirates ID (if resident), and we’ll confirm the exact checklist in 10–15 minutes.
Prefer to go fully remote? Send scans via email/WhatsApp; we’ll build the file, book the appointment, and handle submission and collection for you—then return your passport through our drop service or a courier, depending on your location.

Business files add corporate support: along with the standard set, you’ll include a business invitation from China and the inviting company’s trade license (or registration). We’ll coordinate with your host to issue documents in the correct format and match dates and city list to your meetings.
We then prepare the application, book the slot, and submit on your behalf—so you focus on your agenda while we shepherd the paperwork end-to-end.

Yes—many travelers apply while visiting Dubai, and we assist daily. The key is proving your legal stay in the UAE (e.g., valid entry stamp/permit); we’ll review your status and include the right proof in your file.
From there, our process is the same: we prepare your documents, secure the appointment, and submit on your behalf. If your stay in the UAE is very short, we’ll advise whether Dubai remains the fastest route or if another location is smarter for your case.

For most nationalities, your set typically includes: original passport, UAE residence visa copy, Emirates ID copy, NOC from employer, and one photo with a white background. We’ll sequence these exactly as the visa center expects and check every detail before submission.
Not sure about your photo or NOC format? Pop into our office—we’ll shoot the picture on-site and fine-tune the NOC wording so your file is clean the first time.

Yes—we submit on your behalf at the visa center and coordinate the entire hand-in/collection process for you. For clients near our Dubai offices, we provide free pick-up & drop of documents; if you’re farther away, we’ll arrange courier logistics at a small added charge.
Prefer to visit us? You’re welcome at 408 Nasser Lootah Building, Bur Dubai or Office 301A, API Tower, Trade Center. We can review your file face-to-face, take your photo on-site, and finalize the submission plan the same day.

Correct. For “TE-letter-required” nationalities that are still eligible for a tourist visa, the file expands slightly: along with the core documents, you’ll provide last 3 months’ bank statements. We’ll confirm if your passport falls in this bracket and format the financials to spec.
If you already have your TE letter, great—hand it to us and we’ll integrate it. If you don’t, we’ll advise the cleanest path for your dates and purpose, and whether a different route (e.g., business category) makes more sense.

For both tourist and business categories, once your file is accepted, standard processing runs about 4–5 working days—assuming all documents are correct and any required TE letter is already in place. We keep you posted with each status change and expected passport-ready date.
If timing is tight, tell us at the start. We’ll stage the file with zero loose ends, monitor center capacity, and offer alternatives if a different pathway better fits your travel date.

We see these scenarios often. We’ll tighten your cover letter, align your itinerary with supporting proofs, and make sure corporate or financial documents speak clearly to the officer’s checklist.
For nationalities needing a TE letter, we’ll be upfront about lead times and propose workable alternatives (timelines, category, or document sequencing) so your travel plan remains realistic. When the file is ready, we’ll submit on your behalf and keep you posted.

Think of the TE letter as an additional Chinese pre-approval that certain nationalities need before the consulate will print a visa. If you already have it, your visa processing in Dubai typically follows the 4–5 working days service window after submission.
If we’re tasked to arrange the TE letter, lead times are notably longer—plan for several weeks. We’ll map your travel dates to the realistic path (tourist vs business, with/without TE) so you don’t lose time or bookings.
