Business files add corporate support: along with the standard set, you’ll include a business invitation from China and the inviting company’s trade license (or registration). We’ll coordinate with your host to issue documents in the correct format and match dates and city list to your meetings.

Yes—we submit on your behalf at the visa center and coordinate the entire hand-in/collection process for you. For clients near our Dubai offices, we provide free pick-up & drop of documents; if you’re farther away, we’ll arrange courier logistics at a small added charge.

Correct. For “TE-letter-required” nationalities that are still eligible for a tourist visa, the file expands slightly: along with the core documents, you’ll provide last 3 months’ bank statements. We’ll confirm if your passport falls in this bracket and format the financials to spec.
If you already have your TE letter, great—hand it to us and we’ll integrate it. If you don’t, we’ll advise the cleanest path for your dates and purpose, and whether a different route (e.g., business category) makes more sense.

For both tourist and business categories, once your file is accepted, standard processing runs about 4–5 working days—assuming all documents are correct and any required TE letter is already in place. We keep you posted with each status change and expected passport-ready date.
If timing is tight, tell us at the start. We’ll stage the file with zero loose ends, monitor center capacity, and offer alternatives if a different pathway better fits your travel date.
